NiceJob pricing offers two core plans: Starter at $75/month and Pro at $125/month, each with a 14-day free trial. The real decision isn’t just the $50/month gap — Pro lists additional features for repeat bookings, referrals, review replies, and competitor insights. Separately, NiceJob also sells an optional “Sites” done-for-you website add-on for $99/month plus a $199 one-time setup fee — that add-on is not part of core software pricing.
Prices below are in USD. Starter, Pro and Sites prices were checked on NiceJob’s official pricing page on September 21, 2026; the Sites purchase terms, CMS pricing and Gifts requirement were checked on the same page on September 22, 2026.
NiceJob pricing at a glance
| Plan | Price | Trial | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $75/mo | 14-day free trial | Reviews, Social Proof, Social Sharing, Team Leaderboard, Microsite |
| Pro (vendor-labelled “Most popular”) | $125/mo | 14-day free trial | Everything in Starter, plus Repeats, Referrals, Broadcasts, AI Replies, Gifts, NPS Surveys, Competitive Intel |
No contracts on either plan, and you can cancel anytime. Billing starts when your 14-day trial ends (or on your signup date, if you sign up after the trial period has already ended). If you switch between Starter and Pro, the change takes effect on your next billing cycle, not right away.

NiceJob Starter — what’s included
Starter, at $75/month, covers the core review-collection workflow:
- Reviews
- Social Proof
- Social Sharing
- Team Leaderboard
- Microsite
Starter is best suited to a business that mainly wants to collect and display customer reviews and doesn’t yet need automated tools to generate repeat business or referrals — that’s a fit judgment based on the plan’s feature list, not a claim NiceJob itself makes. Starter includes the same 14-day free trial as Pro.
NiceJob Pro — what’s included and why it costs more
Pro, at $125/month, includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Repeats
- Referrals
- Broadcasts
- AI Replies
- Gifts
- NPS Surveys
- Competitive Intel
The jump from Starter to Pro isn’t just a higher price for the same tool. NiceJob describes Repeats as booking reminders, Referrals as invitations to customers, AI Replies as help with review responses, Broadcasts as email campaigns, NPS Surveys as feedback collection, and Competitive Intel as review and SEO insights. Gifts requires a Jobber or QuickBooks integration. These descriptions explain the tools, not guaranteed customer or revenue outcomes. If you mainly need review collection, Starter may be enough; compare Pro against the features you would actually use. Pro includes the same 14-day free trial as Starter.
What does the Sites website add-on cost?
Separately from the Starter/Pro plans above, NiceJob sells a “Sites” add-on described as a “fully managed, done-for-you website”:
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Sites (website) | $99/month + $199 one-time setup |
| Extra landing page | $145 one-time + $15/month per page |
| CMS feature | $245 setup per CMS + $15/month per CMS |
Sites is priced separately: the $199 setup fee and $99/month cost belong to the Sites add-on only. They are not part of Starter’s $75/month or Pro’s $125/month core pricing, and adding Sites doesn’t change what Starter or Pro themselves cost. NiceJob’s pricing page also lists Sites as standalone: you can purchase Sites without a Starter or Pro plan. If you don’t need a new website built and managed by NiceJob, you can evaluate Starter or Pro without adding Sites.
NiceJob’s pricing page also lists an “AI Leads” feature as “COMING SOON” with price “TBA” (checked October 3, 2026), so there is no price to quote.
Does NiceJob have a free trial?
Yes — NiceJob’s pricing page lists the same 14-day free trial for both Starter and Pro.
Which NiceJob plan should you choose?
- Choose Starter if you mainly want to collect and showcase customer reviews and don’t need automated repeat-business, referral, or AI-reply tools.
- Choose Pro if its additional booking reminders, referral invitations, review replies, email campaigns, NPS feedback, or competitor insights match a specific need. NiceJob also lists Gifts in Pro; confirm its workflow during the trial.
- Add Sites only if you specifically need a new, done-for-you website — it’s listed separately from the two core plans on NiceJob’s pricing page, not a pricing tier itself.
Skip Starter if the features you need are listed only in Pro; skip Pro if you cannot identify an additional feature you would use. If your current review workflow and website already meet your needs, keeping them is a reasonable alternative to adding a subscription.

Is NiceJob pricing worth it?
That depends on what you actually need NiceJob to do. Starter may fit if review collection and display are your main goal. Pro’s possible value is its additional feature set (Repeats, Referrals, AI Replies, NPS Surveys, and Competitive Intel); the extra $50/month is easier to justify if you will use those tools, not simply because Pro is the “most popular” option. The Sites add-on is a separate decision: consider it only if you need a new website built and managed. NiceJob’s pricing page lists Sites separately from Starter and Pro at $99/month plus a $199 one-time setup fee; the same page lists Sites as available without a Starter or Pro subscription.
